Guidelines for Authors

Welcome to the 1st International Conference on Multidisciplinary Studies. To ensure the quality and consistency of the submissions, please adhere to the following guidelines when preparing your manuscript.

General Submission Guidelines

  1. Originality: Submissions must be original and not published or under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  2. Language: All papers must be written in English.
  3. Format: Use the provided conference template. Ensure your document is formatted in accordance with the template’s specifications for margins, font size, line spacing, and headings.
  4. Submission System: All manuscripts must be submitted through the online submission system by the specified deadline.

Abstract Guidelines

Title Page:

  • Title: Concise and informative.
  • Authors: Full names, affiliations, and email addresses.
  • Corresponding Author: Clearly indicate who will handle correspondence at all stages of refereeing and publication.

Abstract

  • Length: 150-250 words.
  • Content: Summarize the purpose, methodology, results, and conclusions.
  • Keywords: Provide maximum 5 keywords for indexing purposes.

Manuscript Guidelines

Manuscript paper is written in A4 format with 5-8 pages long.

  1. Introduction
    • Context: Present the background and motivation.
    • Objective: Clearly state the research objectives or hypotheses.
  2. Methodology
    • Detail: Describe the research design, materials, and procedures in sufficient detail.
  3. Result
    • Presentation: Use figures and tables to present data clearly and concisely.
    • Interpretation: Explain significant findings without repeating data from tables and figures.
  4. Discussion
    • Analysis: Discuss the implications of the results, their limitations, and how they fit with existing knowledge.
  5. Conclusion: Summarize the main findings and their significance.
  6. Acknowledgement
  7. References: Follow the referencing style specified in the template. Ensure all references cited in the text are listed in the reference section and vice versa.
  8. Figures and Tables
    • Figures
      • Quality: Ensure all figures are of high resolution (300 dpi minimum).
      • Format: Submit figures in JPEG or PNG format.
      • Captions: Provide concise and descriptive captions below each figure.
    • Tables
      • Format: Create tables using the table function in your word processor.
      • Titles: Place table titles above the tables.
      • Footnotes: Include any table footnotes below the table body.

Presentation Guidelines

  • Registration: At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present at the conference.
  • Oral Presentations: 10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A.

Ethics and Compliance

  • Plagiarism: All submissions will be checked for plagiarism. Papers with a similarity index higher than the acceptable threshold will be rejected.
  • Conflicts of Interest: Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest in their submissions.
